Are autographs included with admission?
General and VIP admission cover entry to the event; celebrity autographs are purchased separately at individual guest tables unless explicitly bundled with a special VIP package.
Are photo ops included with admission?
Professional photo op sessions are separate ticketed experiences and are not included with general admission entry.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets will be available at the on-site box office during event hours, provided tiers do not sell out online in advance.
Is there parking?

Is the venue accessible?

Are costumes allowed?
Cosplay and costumes are highly encouraged, provided they adhere to family-safe decency standards and official convention safety rules.
Are prop weapons allowed?
Prop weapons are permitted only if they are lightweight, non-functional, peace-bonded, and approved by security checkpoints at the entrance. Real weapons and live steel are strictly prohibited.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are generally prohibited by the venue, though sealed water bottles and necessary infant or medical dietary items are allowed. Concessions and food vendors are available inside.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of total convention cancellation.
What happens if a celebrity cancels?
Celebrity guest appearances are subject to filming schedules and personal availability. If a guest cancels, individual pre-purchased photo ops or autograph tickets for that specific guest are refunded, but general admission passes remain non-refundable.
Are children allowed?
All ages are welcome, but due to horror themes and special FX makeup, parental discretion is strongly advised. Children under a certain age may require adult supervision at all times.
